What firms ask first.

What happens when the extraction is wrong?
The reviewer corrects the field on the review screen before confirming. Nothing incorrect reaches the calendar, because nothing reaches the calendar until someone confirms.
Can it write to our case system without a person approving it?
No. Confirmation by a person at the firm is the only path to a write. Until then the entry sits in the queue as a draft.
Most of our notices don't have the document attached.
Those are the ones the system handles for you. Where the document sits behind a county court portal, FirmProfit signs in, downloads it, and attaches it to the run.
Which case-management systems do you support?
Clio and MyCase. Calendar entries and documents write into the system you already use, and edits made there flow back to FirmProfit.
Is client data safe here?
FirmProfit is SOC 2 and all data is encrypted. Documents stay tied to the matter in your case system. We are the pipe between the inbox and the record, not a second home for it.
